3. Attestation of Local Government(with passport,National ID, Voters

card,Driving license, or International passport Any one of them Attach

to it)

4.Attestation of Parents/ Guardian

5. Attestation of Good Character

6. Photocopy of Birth Certificate/ Age Declaration (Not Less than 4yrs

7. Photocopy of Educational Certificates such as

a. Original Waec + Testimonial if available

b. FSLC + Testimonial if Available

c. Trade Test Certificate (Only for Tradesmen and Woman)
